Negative feelings can feel like being trapped in a dark room, devoid of any sense of progress. I never considered strategies to eliminate negative emotions. Instead, I allow myself to breathe deeply, cultivate positive thoughts, and immerse myself in nature. Sharing the beauty of the planet brings me immense joy. Additionally, I reflect on my day and the events that transpired, keeping my mind focused on thoughts that cleanse my soul. I’ve come to realize that I’m the sole individual responsible for controlling my emotions, thoughts, and the people around me. I also have the power to shape my perception of life. While negative emotions can be difficult to manage, they are not insurmountable. My most effective strategy is to avoid associating my thoughts and feelings simultaneously. When I think, I consciously refrain from letting my emotions interfere. This approach enables me to cope with my negative emotions effectively.
