One of my key abilities is my patience. I always strive to find a solution to any situation. I try to be as reasonable as possible to understand the needs of children. Communication is crucial, and I make sure to use the appropriate language. Sometimes, words can be harsh for children who don\u2019t fully understand their meaning. I prefer to give concise and effective answers, rather than over-explaining, as this can sometimes lead to more problems than solutions. I\u2019ve worked with children for a long time, and I\u2019ve learned that every resource available to support children with behavioral issues is a valuable tool for developing new skills.
